Industry sources report a 20/40/40 instalment pattern for The Woods and the Sobha Sanctuary villa enclaves: 20% on booking, 40% during construction, and 40% on completion. This schedule has not been independently confirmed by Sobha Realty and can vary by release and inventory. As reported, The Woods apartments hand over in December 2029. Villa enclaves at Sobha Sanctuary are reported for Q3 2029 (August 2029). Confirm both windows with Sobha Realty or an authorized sales representative before reserving.

Villa neighbourhoods cover 4-bedroom garden villas at The Willows, 4 and 5-bedroom garden villas at The Greens and The Brooks, and 5 and 6-bedroom luxury villas at The Grove. Published apartment starting prices begin at AED 999,000 at The Woods Retreat, AED 1.00 million at Abode, and AED 1.04 million at Serenity. Villa entries are about AED 3.99 million at The Willows, AED 4 million at The Greens, a reported AED 3.99 to 5.83 million at The Brooks, and AED 9.32 million at The Grove.
